To edit a user, your account must have a role which has the Manage Users permission. You can edit existing users, including modifying their display name, email address, and any custom attributes.
Editing a User
To edit a user's email address or their name, follow these steps:
Navigate to User Management > Users page in the Heed Admin Portal.
Find the user that you wish to edit and then click on their name.
From the Edit User modal, you can then change their name and/or email address.
