In a typical corporate environment, the Heed app often requires access to Heed services through a web proxy. By default, the desktop client seamlessly detects and utilizes the system's proxy settings. However, certain circumstances may necessitate manual configuration of these settings.

You can accomplish this by accessing the Heed app settings through the system tray:

  1. Left click on the system tray icon.

  2. Click on the settings cog

  3. Then, under Proxy select Manual and enter your proxy details

  4. Once you have entered the proxy details, click Save and Restart.
